Tripler Army Medical Center ENTs Complete Humanitarian Mission

Lt. Col. (Dr.) Philip Littlefield removes a cholesteatoma during a recent humanitarian mission to the Federated States of Micronesia. A team of Tripler Army Medical Center Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) physicians and Department of the Army Civilians provided 407 outpatient visits and 234 audiologic evaluations to a population in need of care that was not affordable or accessible to those living in the region. ENT team members included otolaryngologists Lt. Col. Littlefield and Capt. (Dr.) Kelly L. Groom, in addition to Department of the Army Civilians (DAC), Audiologist Dr. Denby Fukuda, and Physician Assistant Jeffrey M. Robin.
