MEDDAC-Japan breaks ground on new complex

U.S. Army Medical Command-Japan held a groundbreaking ceremony, Aug. 9, 2013, to signal the start of their major health clinics renovations on Camp Zama, Japan. The senior representatives for the ceremony included (from left) Maj. Gen. James C. Boozer Sr., U.S. Army Japan and I Corps (Forward) commanding general; Brig. Gen. Dennis D. Doyle, PRMC commanding general; Col. Vivian T. Hutson, MEDDAC-J commander; Col. Gregory Silver, U.S. Army Dental Activity-Japan commander; Col. John Hurley, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-Japan District commander; Katsuyoshi Okawa, Obayashi Corporation executive officer; and David Yin, Directorate of Public Works chief.
