New York Army National Guard instructors qualify infantry soldiers

The New York Army National Guard's 106th Regional Training Institute holds the course so Soldiers can become fully-qualified members of infantry units. Daras, of Danvers, Mass., belongs to the 1st Battalion, 143 Infantry, Rhode Island Army National Guard; Lewis, of Roosevelt, N.Y. belongs to D Company, 1st Battalion, 69th Infantry, New York Army National Guard; Golonka, of Lakeview, N.Y. belongs to C Troop, 2nd Battalion, 101st Cavalry, New York Army National Guard.
