New York Army National Guard instructors qualify infantry soldiers

The New York Army National Guard's 106th Regional Training Institute, or RTI, holds the course so Soldiers can become fully-qualified members of infantry units. Lewis, of Roosevelt, N.Y., belongs to D Company, 1st Battalion, 69th Infantry, New York Army National Guard.
