Lt. Col. Jeffrey Suver (center), commander of the 52nd Weapons of Mass Destruction-Civil Support Team, Ohio National Guard, is tested for residue from chemical agents, Aug. 1, 2013, after being doused in water by his Soldiers in a "man-down" scenario in a contaminated area scenario during the Vibrant Response 13-2 training exercise at the Muscatatuck Urban Training Center, Ind. Vibrant Response 13-2 is a major incident exercise conducted by U.S. Northern Command and led by U.S. Army North (Fifth Army), which is based out of Fort Sam Houston, Texas. During the scenario, the commander notionally "fell" while clearing a building that was suspected of having some chemical agents inside and was required to go through the decontamination station as a non-ambulatory patient.
