MUSCATATUCK URBAN TRAINING CENTER, Ind. " Members of the 311th Quartermaster Company, 1st Mission Support Command, from Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, receive a moulaged mannequin Aug. 1, which will be used during the Vibrant Response 13-2 exercise. VR 13-2, which takes place at various venues around southern and central Indiana, is a major incident exercise conducted by U.S. Northern Command and led by U.S. Army North (Fifth Army), based out of Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The 311th Quartermaster Co.'s role in the exercise is to enhance training for first responders by using their medical knowledge and artistic abilities with moulage to create and produce precise and detailed patient "casualties."
