ROTC Cadets and Indonesian Soldiers mark bullet holes

ROTC Cadet Kaity Bulger (left) and Indonesian Soldiers use tape to mark bullet holes on a range target during Garuda Shield 13, the latest in a continuing series of exercises designed to strengthen military-to-military cooperation while focusing on international peace support operations. The exercise took place at Cilidong and several other locations in Indonesia from June 10 to 21. Bulger and other cadets made the trip to Indonesia under the Army ROTC Cultural Understanding and Language Proficiency program. Bulger, of Peachtree City, Ga., is majoring in outdoor management at Georgia Southern University.
