Life-saving armor returned to Soldier

Bryan Wagner, an Army veteran, was injured in 2007 in Iraq. While on patrol on the outskirts of Baghdad, his vehicle was hit with an IED explosion and explosively formed penetrator. One of the protective plates in his body armor prevented him from being killed. On June 12, 2013, that protective plate was returned to him during a ceremony in Jacksonville, Fla.
