LAGHMAN PROVINCE, Afghanistan " U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Oscar Pineda (right), a native of Miami, Fla., observes Soldiers practice Modern Army Combatives Program (MACP), level 1 techniques during a class he taught at the gym on Forward Operating Base Gamberi. Deployed servicemembers and civilians took advantage of a MACP class taught by certified instructors at FOB Gamberi.
