Afghan engineers work on a road construction project in Panjwa'i district at Forward Operating Base Shoja in Kandahar Province, Afghanistan, March 28, 2013. U.S. Soldiers of the 1st Battalion, 38th Infantry Regiment, Combined Task Force 4-2 (4th Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division), provided security for Soldiers of the 229th Engineer Company, Wisconsin Army National Guard, and their Afghan counterparts during the project.
