GUATEMALA CITY, Guatemala--Guatemalan and U.S. Army military personnel move toward a UH-60 Blackhawk here before flying to various Guatemalan Interagency Border Unit (IABU) locations throughout the country. The IABU is a specialized unit comprised of Guatemalan Army Soldiers with Police and Ministry of Justice personnel.
