GUATEMALA CITY, Guatemala--The Guatemalan Minister of Defense, Gen. Ulises Noe Anzueto Giron, talks to Maj. Gen. Frederick S. Rudesheim, U.S. Army South commanding general, along with other U.S. and Guatemalan military and government leaders at the interational bridge connecting Guatemala and Mexico Apr. 10. Rudesheim visited Guatemala Apr. 8-11 to meet with senior Guatemalan military and government officials and said of the Guatemalan Interagency Border Unit has the potential to be model for other Latin American countries to counter transnational threats.
