Betty Simmons, a diet cook at Saint Martin's Dining Facility prepares a patient meal Jan. 13, 2013. The patient nutrition care division provides meals three times daily for between 45 and 50 patients on average at William Beaumont Army Medical Center. All patients are screened for nutrition and diets are reviewed by the attending physician. The SFDF leads the Army in menu innovation and nutritionally dense menu choices.
