COLON, Panama (April 3, 2013) " Spc. Jonathon Klepsch, a signal support systems specialist with 244th Engineer Battalion, a reserve unit from Denver, Colo., completes some work in the Tactical Operations Center. Klepsch will be in Panama for about six months to support operations for U.S. Army South's Beyond the Horizon-Panama.
