FORT SAM HOUSTON, Texas " John Deeley, stable manager for the Caisson Section, U.S. Army Military Honors Platoon, hitches up Wooldridge and Dunaway to a replica 1870s Four-Mule Army Escort Wagon April 5 before moving the wagon to its new home next to the historic Quadrangle. The wagon is the Fort Sam Houston Museum's newest acquisition and will be put on display in the Quadrangle early 2014 once the museum finishes its move to the Quad. It can be used by U.S. Army North (Fifth Army) during parades and other public events. This type of wagon was used by the Army to carry supplies from post to post and around post and was a common site at Fort Sam Houston 100 years ago.
