U.S. Army Africa's Capt. James Watson leads a discussion under in an open gazebo. Watson and Sgt. 1st Class Bobby Conn recently conducted a week-long familiarization class on Inspector General operations with 18 officers and NCOs of the Armed Forces of Liberia. The gazebo offered some relief from classroom temperatures that often exceeded 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
