U.S. Army Africa team holds Intelligence course in Democratic Republic of Congo

U.S. Army Africa's Master Sgt. Frederick Blackburn (left) participates in a ceremony during a Basic Intelligence course held at Groupement des Ecoles Supérieures Militaires or GESM near Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo. Blackburn and Lt. Col. Chris Dillard helped facilitate the three-week course along with Sall and Garry Blood. Sall and Blood are fluent French speakers who are based at the Regional Joint Intelligence Training Facility, Molesworth, United Kingdom.
