Tilley, third from the left, and other USAG-J leaders and directorate members display a check for $150,000 for the unit winning a bronze award in the 2012 Army Communities of Excellence program. USAG-J was once again announced as an ACOE winner in this year's program -- this time a silver award -- along with five other Army garrisons. The ACOE program is based on the principle that communities support people best by combining excellent services with excellent facilities in a quality environment.
