After rescuing a mannequin, posing as a injured civilian, from a vehicle partially submerged in water, a fireman with the Fort Knox Fire Protection Team carries the citizen to an medical evacuation point during a Vibrant Response 13 water rescue exercise at the Muscatatuck Urban Training Complex, Aug. 9. Fort Knox Firemen from Rineyville, Ky., were responsible for evacuating injured civilians trapped in houses and vehicles within a flooded residential area during the homeland disaster training.
