FORT SAM HOUSTON, Texas - Actor and musician Gary Sinise is given a tour of the Warrior and Family Support Center March 7 by the WFSC director, Judith Markelz, and Col. Ronny Fryar, deputy commander for Allied Health, Brooke Army Medical Center. Sinise, who is often known for his portrayal of Lt. Dan in the Oscar-winning film "Forrest Gump," was in town to play a concert at BAMC for wounded warriors, service members and their families. He made an unscheduled visit to the center to meet with wounded warriors and staff members. "I can never do enough for our wounded warriors and the men and women serving our country," Sinise said. "This is a beautiful facility."
