Members of Sister Nations Color Guard, (from left to right) Staff Sgt. Cindy Littlefeather, 100th Missile Defense Brigade; Glenda Littlebird; Sgt. 1st Class Toni Eaglefeathers; and Carissa Gonzales; display the colors as part of a Native American presentation during half time at a Colorado Mammoth Lacrosse game, March 2 at the Pepsi Center in Denver. The Sister Nations is a group of current and former Native American Soldiers who perform traditional dance and color guard. Lacrosse has a French name because it was the French that discovered Native Americans playing it as early as the 1700s.
