FORT SILL, Okla. -- Wounded warrior Sgt. Quarre Jackson stirs the one-dish spaghetti dinner he and fellow WTU Soldier Sgt. Dion Stewart cooked up as part of the "Cook Smarter, Cook Healthier" class. Feb. 13 at the Soldier and Family Assistance Center here. The class was presented to help Soldiers and their families learn better ways to manage their food budget while preparing healthy meals.
