Tripler unveils first bariatric room

HONOLULU -- Leaders prepare to cut the ribbon at the grand opening for Tripler Army Medical Center's first bariatric room for patients recovering from surgery, Feb. 14. The new room is fully outfitted with specially designed furniture, equipment, lifts and accessories and will make patients more comfortable, and make it easier for staff to help care for them.
