Malawi Defence Force personnel use portable scales to determine a truck's rear axle weight in order to determine its center of balance. As part of African Deployment Partnership Training, four U.S. Army officers traveled to Salima, Malawi, to conduct convoy training with 32 Malawian Defence Force personnel, from Jan. 21 to Feb. 1, 2013.
