CAMP ARIFJAN, Kuwait--1st Lt. Cecil D. Edwards ,a reserve component chaplain assigned to the 349th Combat Support Hospital, (FWD), Bell, Calif., deployed as the chaplain for the U.S. Army Hospital Kuwait, runs during the Martin Luther King 5K Run at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait., Feb. 8.
