Secretary of the Army John McHugh examines the Humvee combat simulator being developed for understanding behavioral responses to combat, at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., Feb. 6, 2013. The simulator is in the mobile laboratory of Telehealth and Technology, or T2, Technology Enhancement Center, the only usability lab for evaluating behavioral health technology products in the DOD.
