This was just one of the many challenges he faced on the 82nd Airborne Division's Pre-Ranger obstacle course. Tarheel ChalleNGe Academy has given high school dropouts the opportunity to get on the right track and earn a GED. The program, sponsored by the N.C. National Guard, teaches teens about responsibility and discipline.
