Food at this dining facility in Fort Jackson, S.C., gets the green label, meaning that it is highly nutritious. Food that gets an amber colored label means it is somewhat healthy and red labels mean it is unhealthy. The color coding scheme for all food at all Army dining facilities came about from the Go For Green program, part of the Army's Soldier Fueling Initiative.
