Army Corps Power Mission in NYC

A FEMA-generator supplies power to the Coney Island Hospital, Dec. 13, 2012. Following Hurricane Sandy, the hospital's basement was flooded from floor to ceiling, shutting down the entire 371-bed medical facility. Power teams from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers installed two generators here, providing power as construction crews begin repairs.
