U.S. Army South CG arrives at Conference of American Armies

Maj. Gen. Frederick S. Rudesheim, U.S. Army South commanding general and Tatiana C. Gfoeller, the U.S. Chief of Staff of the Army's senior political advisor and former U.S. Ambassador arrive at the opening ceremony of the Conference of American Armies' Extraordinary Commanders' Meeting Dec. 10 in Mexico City. The CAA is comprised of 20 member armies, five observer armies, and two international military organizations from the Caribbean, Central, North and South American nations.
