Doug Weber, infrastructure assessment action officer, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, looks at building damages, Mantoloking, N.J., during an infrastructure assessment after Hurricane Sandy. The Corps of Engineers Infrastructure Assessment Planning and Response Teams augment local efforts to inspect buildings that are primarily residential, and to manage inspections of public works facilities following a major disaster, as assigned by FEMA.
