200th MPCOM Soldiers receives Purple Heart during ceremony

Army Reserve 1st Lt. Colin Morris affixes the Purple Heart medal on Sgt. 1st Class Robert Mintz in a ceremony in Tampa, Fla., Dec. 1. Mintz received his medal for injuries sustained in Tikrit, Iraq while deployed there with the 320th Military Police Company from St. Petersburg, Fla. Mintz was in the lead vehicle in a convoy when it was hit by an improvised explosive device. Mintz's wife, Tracy, is standing to his left. The 320th MPC is assigned to the 200th Military Police Command, based at Fort Meade, Md.
