Soldiers partner with engineers of the Afghan Ministry of Public Works during Operation Mountain Blade, improving the road surface inside the Salang Tunnel in Parwan province, Afghanistan, recently. The operation, conducted by engineering elements of Joint Task Force Empire, improved the road surface of the pass in preparation for winter.
