An official from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers New York Recovery Field Office in Queens, N.Y., documents the size of an available lot with the potential of being used to put up temporary housing for displaced personnel. The Army Corps of Engineers conducted an inspection at the A. Holly Patterson Extended Care Facility in Uniondale, N.Y., Nov. 13, 2012, in an effort to help identify space in the building to accommodate displaced personnel in need of medical care.
