New York Army National Guard logistics experts speak with New York City Office of Emergency Management officials at the Logistical Support Area established at Floyd Bennett Field, N.Y., Nov. 5, 2012, as a FEMA tanker tops off a National Guard fueler that will go on to fuel city and other government vehicles as the region recovers from Hurricane Sandy. Throughout Nov. 5, Guard units pumped 20,000 gallons of fuel into 1,750 government vehicles.
