Famed TV chef and New York Times best selling cookbook author Guy Fieri talks to James Lowery Jr., a cook for the dining hall in Madigan Army Medical Center on Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., about his plans to spice up a classic chicken tetrazzini recipe by adding some fresh kale during a visit to the hospital Nov. 3. Fieri was filming at local eateries in Seattle, Puyallup and Olympia for his show, Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, when he stopped in to cook with the kitchen's staff and meet with Soldiers from the installation's Warrior Transition Battalion.
