Cadets compete for military training

Roughly 300 cadets from the Class of 2014 and 2015 participated Oct. 20, 2012, in the Military Individual Advanced Development program selection process in hopes of earning a coveted slot in one of several competitive Military Individual Advanced Development programs. It began before dawn with the Army Physical Fitness Test and continued throughout the day with the Indoor Obstacle Course Test, a combat survival swim test, an eight-mile ruck march, a two-mile run and other physical and mental challenges.
