Vice Chairman visits wounded warriors in San Antonio

Navy Adm. James A. Winnefeld Jr., vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, talks with Maj. Gen. M. Ted Wong, commander of Brooke Army Medical Center, in front of the San Antonio Military Medical Center in San Antonio, Oct. 12, 2012. During his visit, Winnefeld met with wounded warriors in the hospital and Center for the Intrepid, a state-of-the-art rehabilitation center, and also presented two Purple Hearts to Soldiers during an early morning ceremony.
