Smith takes command of PRMC as Gallagher retires

HONOLULU -- Col. J. Anson Smith, incoming commander for Pacific Regional Medical Command and Tripler Army Medical Center, pledges his commitment to the region's missions and promises to continue the numerous health care initiatives taking place here during a change of command ceremony at the TAMC Flag Pole, Oct. 4. Smith is replacing Brig. Gen. Keith Gallagher as he retires after 34 years of service to the U.S. Army.
