Smith takes command of PRMC as Gallagher retires

HONOLULU -- Lt. Gen. Patricia Horoho (right), U.S. Army Surgeon General and commander, U.S. Army Medical Command, passes the Pacific Regional Medical Command colors to Col. J. Anson Smith as he takes command of the region and Tripler Army Medical Center, Oct. 4 at the TAMC Flag Pole. Smith is replacing Brig. Gen. Keith Gallagher as he retires after 34 years of service to the U.S. Army.
