Command Sgt. Maj. Terry E. Parham Sr., the senior noncommissioned officer for both the Deputy Commander of Support Operations, NATO Training Mission-Afghanistan and the 13th Expeditionary Sustainment Command, addresses participants of the Camp Eggers Army Ten-Miler shadow run, Oct. 7, 2012. More than 200 signed up, representing the coalition forces stationed at this particular location. Working closely with the organizers of the Army Ten-Miler in Washington, D.C., Parham with the help of the Camp Eggers Morale, Welfare and Recreation office was able to secure Army Ten-Miler shadow run T-shirts for the participants.
