More than 60 San Francisco District employees, family and friends were part of the solution to marine pollution September 15 during California Coastal Cleanup Day, an annual beach and inland waterway cleanup effort. The Raccoon, one of the district's debris collection vessels, ferried volunteers to Angel Island where volunteers collected all manner of trash and recyclables.
