Carl Pritchard, director of Public Works, shows off a "clock" that displays the amount of energy generated by solar photovoltaic panels installed on their building to Katherine Hammack, assistant secretary of the Army for Installations, Energy and Environment, during a visit of Kelley Barracks on Sept. 7. Since completion of the project in 2010, the panels have produced over 112 megawatt hours of energy to date.
