Army Under Secretary embarks to help inter-Service cooperation on USS Truman

Under Secretary of the U.S. Army Joseph W. Westphal in the Chiefs' Mess of the aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75) speaking with Command Master Chief R.D. Kemp Sr., command master chief of the USS Truman as Dr. Westphal participates in the U.S. Navy's Sea Embark outreach program, Sept. 3, 2012 on the Atlantic Ocean. Under Secretary Westphal is participating in the Navy's long-standing outreach program to promote inter-Service cooperation in support of Joint Vision 2020, and gain an appreciation for Naval capabilities at sea.
