Comprehensive Soldier Fitness aims to boost performance, resilience of Soldiers, families

Kelly Jones, a performance enhancement specialist with the Comprehensive Soldier Fitness-Performance and Resilience Enhancement Program on Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., and Bill Howard, the program's site manager, watch Soldiers with Battery A, 1st Battalion, 377th Field Artillery Regiment, Aug. 22, 2012, during M777 Lightweight Howitzer crew drills in the field. Jones and fellow program specialist Valerie Alston are currently working with crews from the battery to improve their performance through mental skillsets like establishing cue words to help them focus during tasks.
