Comprehensive Soldier Fitness aims to boost performance, resilience of Soldiers, families

Alston and fellow program specialist Kelly Jones are currently working with M777 Lightweight Howitzer crews from the battery to improve their performance through mental skill sets like establishing cue words to help them focus during tasks.
