Maj. Gen. David R. Hogg relinquished command of U.S. Army Africa (USARAF) to Maj. Gen. Patrick J. Donahue II today during a ceremony on Hoekstra Field. Gen. Carter F. Ham, Commanding General of U.S. Africa Command presided over the change of command ceremony.
