(From left) Maj. Gen. David R. Hogg, Gen. Carter F. Ham and Maj. Gen. Patrick J. Donahue take part in the U.S. Army Africa (USARAF) change of command ceremony. Ham, the Commander of U.S. Africa Command presided over the ceremony in which Donahue takes command of USARAF. Hogg has been the commander of USARAF since June 2010 will take an assignment in Brussels, Belgium with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.
