FORT SAM HOUSTON, Texas - A group of 21 U.S. Army officers and noncommissioned officers, currently serving in military positions in the Canadian Armed Forces, meet with Lt. Gen. William Caldwell IV (center) in Army North's historic Quadrangle. The officers spent the week at Army North from May 14-18 to assess the military personnel exchange program and for "re-greening," an annual process so they can get caught up on training, medical and dental care, take an Army physical fitness test, get their Department of the Army photos, get replacement uniforms and equipment, and many other garrison support functions. Caldwell is the commanding general of U.S. Army North and the senior mission commander for Fort Sam Houston and Camp Bullis.
