Emotions ran deep at Fort Hood May 21, 2012, as nearly 700 Vietnam veterans were welcomed home. Veterans' family members and friends shed tears as the national anthem played and the III Corps and Fort Hood command team, Lt. Gen. Don Campbell Jr. and Command Sgt. Maj. Arthur L. Coleman Jr. saluted the veterans on Sadowski Field.
